Terms of payment

Payment Plan (updated):

Completion of 10% of the amount – upon formalization of the “Promise of Sale” and start of land movement
Additional 25% – at the beginning of villa foundations
Additional 30% – at the beginning of villa roof installation
Remaining 35% – upon delivery of the Property Title and signing of the final contract
