Our duplex penthouse apartment is located directly across the street from the beach El Portillo.

You will fell as if you are at a beautiful hotel but in a more intimate setting.

This is 3 bedroom apartment in Las Terrenas is fully furnished and equipped with impressive mountain views from the enormeous 2nd floor terrace. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (one king size bed in the master, two Queen in each of the other two bedrooms), and each bedroom has a full bathroom with shower. The bedrooms are on the first floor along with the kitchen, living room, dining room, and terrace wich also has a lounging and dining table.

On the second floor is a terrace equipped with a jacuzzy, beautiful views, a full bathroom, lounge chairs and sofa to relax as well as a dining table and a BBQ.

A fully equipped kitchen provided you with everything you may need for cooking (kitchen utensilis and plates, a fridge, stove, and a coffee maker).

Balcones del Atlántico is a community of apartments and townhouses. On premise there are five pools, a bussines center, small gym, bycicles rent and the 24 hour property managment company. The development is extremenly safe and family oriented. The coomunity has its own beach across the street, equipped with kayaks, paddle boards, vollleyball court, and kids play area. El Portillo beach is perfect for kids but it has also the best windy spots for Kitesurf, and others water sports like scuba diving and snorkeling.

There ir also a fabulous restaurant and bar ¨Porto¨ right on the beach to enjoy delicious food and drink.

Las terrenas towncenter is around 5km, 10 min.
